At CS Plus we believe that while insurance is a sound part of a good Risk Management Plan, Insurance, in and of itself, is not a Risk Management plan. Risk Management takes on many forms. Anytime you take action to prevent harm, you are practicing Risk Management. Anytime you create a policy or document to give direction, you are practicing Risk Management.

Nonprofits should not be fearful of examining its practices and procedures and should look to improve the safety of their clients and constituents and well as ensure the integrity of their mission. Below are resources we believe to be very helpful in promoting Risk Management for nonprofit organizations. As always, feel free to contact us for more information or questions reading this important discipline.

I just wanted to thank you for everything and say that I was very impressed with the level of detail, attention, accessibility, and patience that you provided during this process. I'm sure there was a massive amount of work and no small level of frustration having to deal with all the paperwork and bureaucracy. My deepest appreciation for making this whole thing manageable.
